Important Ordering & Package Information
- Vendor: All caps and gowns are ordered through Jostens.
- Package Options: Package pricing varies depending on selected items, but a basic cap and gown package option is available.
- Sizing Accuracy: Please complete and submit all paperwork promptly to guarantee your student receives the correct sizing for graduation.

Sign-Up Access: Students must sign up for a photo time slot via the link posted in their Google Classroom.
Off-Campus Appointments (Cady Studio)

Missed On-Campus Photos: If a student misses the school day photo sessions, they must independently schedule an appointment directly with Cady Studio to ensure their portrait is included in the official yearbook.

Yearbook Photo Requirements & Dress Code
- Attire Rules: Official yearbook portraits feature Cap & Gown only. Stoles or cords are not allowed in official yearbook photos.
- Recommended Under-Gown Dress Code:
- Collared shirt (white is recommended) paired with a tie of any color.
- Dress or dress blouse.

Google Classroom Code & Guardian Notifications
Staying up to date on senior year announcements, upcoming deadlines, and important events is critical for a successful final year. The primary hub for all official senior communications is the official Senior Google Classroom.
Student Access & Join Code
While most seniors were enrolled during library orientations in previous years, any student needing to join can use the access code below:
- Classroom Join Code: vx334xl
- How to Join: Go to Google Classroom, log in with your student email, click the "+" icon, and enter the join code.
Parent & Guardian Access
- Direct Access: Per Google policy, parents and guardians cannot join the classroom directly as enrolled students.
- Guardian Email Summaries: Parents and guardians can be linked to their student's profile to receive automatic Guardian Email Summaries, which include regular updates on class announcements, missing work, and upcoming deadlines. Contact campus administration or your student's counselor to confirm your email is linked for guardian updates.
