Madison High School – Parking Permits (2026–2027)
All students interested in purchasing a parking permit must complete the online parking permit form linked below. During the application process, students will be required to upload the following documents:
- Valid Driver’s License (Learner Permits are not accepted)
- Proof of vehicle insurance (the student must be listed on the policy)
- Completed Parking Permit Application
No physical paperwork needs to be brought to the campus.

Once you have completed and signed both documents, upload them through the online form: 📲 Complete the Online Parking Permit Form
Important Notes:
- It is usually easier to complete the form on a mobile phone.
- Be sure all required signatures are included before submitting your application.
- Incomplete applications will not be processed. Students must resubmit the entire application electronically if any document or signature is missing.
- Once approved, students will be notified via NEISD student email to come to the AP Center to pay (in cash) $30 and receive permit.
- Do not pre-apply in anticipation of earning a driver’s license. Learner permits are not approved.
- You CANNOT have any obligations or outstanding school fees to purchase the permit. You MUST pay those fees to receive your permit.
