Madison High School – Parking Permits (2025–2026)

 
All students interested in purchasing a parking permit must complete the online parking permit form linked below. During the application process, students will be required to upload the following documents:
 
  • Valid Driver’s License (Learner Permits are not accepted)
  • Proof of vehicle insurance (the student must be listed on the policy)
  • Completed Parking Permit Application
 
No physical paperwork needs to be brought to the campus.

Next, download and complete the following documents, which will need to be uploaded when submitting the online form: 📝Parking Permit Application
 
Once you have completed and signed both documents, upload them through the online form: 📲 Complete the Online Parking Permit Form
 

Important Notes:

  • It is usually easier to complete the form on a mobile phone.
  • Be sure all required signatures are included before submitting your application.
  • Incomplete applications will not be processed. Students must resubmit the entire application electronically if any document or signature is missing.

Important Dates:

  • July 16: Students may begin submitting their online parking applications.
  • July 22: Students will be notified of approval and may begin to submit payments
  • July 31: Students may pick up their parking permits during Prep Day.
  • August 8 or First Day of School: Alternate dates to pick up parking permits.
 

Additional Information:

  • Approved students will receive notice to NEISD student email once their application is verified by school staff. Payment of the $30 fee MUST be paid in cash in the AP center.
  • Students who receive their driver’s license after the deadline should submit their parking permit application AFTER they receive their driver’s license (learner permits are not accepted).
  • Permits will not be issued to students with outstanding fines, textbook obligations, or technology obligations.
